Nghia is the Head of Knowledge, the in-house research unit, part of the country’s largest media organization GroupM Vietnam. He leads a team which analyzes and develops consumer-centric media insights that help business leaders make the most optimal decisions for their brands. GroupM Knowledge operates as a central hub of relevant and cutting-edge breadth of views for the group, supporting more than 400 employees and servicing dozens of clients and partners.
Nghia has been with GroupM for almost 7 years - spreading his expertise across investment, media planning, and media research. Prior to GroupM, Nghia was the Creative Technologist at TBWA who bridged the gap between design and strategy with technology. During his tenure at TBWA, Nghia created, designed, and helped launch one of the country’s first mobile apps in 2012.
Nghia was born and raised in Vietnam, then studied and honed his skills in California. He is also an F&B entrepreneur who co-founded Modern Hustle, a local creative incubator and event space based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Nghia is a triathlete and a marathon runner. He loves being with his family, and teaching English online during his spare time.
