Dorit Posdorf is an experienced digital expert and strategy consultant. In her role as Operating Partner Marketing with the NuCom Group she supports E-Commerce companies with regards to all facets of marketing strategy and marketing operations. Media planning, branding and content creation belong to this scope as much as MarTech solutions, marketing analytics and performance marketing optimization. The NuCom portfolio is focused on Direct-to-Consumer companies and includes among others Flaconi, Verivox, Jochen Schweizer, Amorelie and Aroundhome. The past years Dorit was Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Outfittery, one of Germany’s most innovate Tech Start-Ups. She was responsible for the growth plan and business operations while also shaping the product development and Tech roadmap. Prior she worked for C&A and was leading core transformation and digital initiatives as part of the European Management team. Dorit started her career with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where she consulted over ten years mostly Corporate clients in Europe and Middle East. Dorit has a proven track record with regards to acquisition and retention marketing as well as business development and growth hacking. Dorit lives close to Düsseldorf with her family. She is a visible ambassador for diversity, equality and inclusion via her active engagements in several mentoring programs and social projects.
