With over 19 years in the media industry helping brands across different type of business challenges, he is currently heading the large client portfolio @Performics primarily in the area of CPG, Finance and New Technology leading a team of 550 professionals. His main focus is on growing online revenue for clients like ITC, L'Oreal, HDFC, Airtel & ICICI Prudential through both Marketplaces and D2C in both India and abroad.

Prior to this role he was leading the West and South business for Starcom building consideration for Brands like Jeep, Visa, Nykaa and Lenskart in the India market. Having worked on P&G for 4 years in China, he has experience working across diverse teams and markets and been part of teams involved in development of technology as well as media products for both India and China markets.

Gautam Surath is also part of the BARC and IRS Technical Committee’s in India for the last 5 years.

Gautam is a MICA Alumnus and a Construction engineer.
