With a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages and beauty industry; both in Asia & Europe. She started her FMCG career at Coca-Cola Europacific Partner, where she was in charge of managing Coca-Cola Indonesia brand portfolio sales performance in 30.000+ modern stores before she expanded her expertise in digital transformation, digital media & international marketing through her work in Pepsico Benelux, NAOS, & Coca-Cola ASEAN & South Pacific. In her current role, she is leading the development of digital business in Coca-Cola Indonesia. Muthia has a MSc. degree in Marketing Management from University of Groningen, The Netherlands and Bachelor of Economics from University of Indonesia.
