The Smarties™ celebrate and award the teams and talent that are blazing new trails in mobile marketing
New York, NY, 25 September 2012 Legendary comedian, Colin Quinn, will emcee the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Smarties™ Gala on October 3, at a venue befitting the coveted awards hosted at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
The Smarties™ Gala is part of MMA’s SM2 conference being held from October 2-3, as the only official mobile event during New York’s Advertising Week. The awards recognize visionary campaigns and executions that employ mobile as a leading communications channel and marketing tool. Additionally, the Smarties™ will honor trailblazing companies, marketers and agencies that are integrating mobile as an indispensible part of the marketing mix.

Colin Quinn is most known for his starring role on Saturday Night Live, where he entertained audiences for five seasons with his unforgettable characters before stepping in as anchor for the popular “Weekend Update” segment. In addition to his television work, Colin has appeared in many films, including A Night at the Roxbury and Adam Sandler's Grown Ups.
