This is separate from the standard nomination process to elect members to both the Global and Regional MMA Boards, which will conclude in June.

In addition to joining the Board, the companies elevated their membership status to MMA Premium Members, which is the highest level of global membership, at the close of 2012.
“When we appoint Board members, our credentials include companies that have invested their resources to move mobile forward and leaders that tout a ‘mobile-first’ mindset. All of the executives joining the Board offer an expertise rich in mobile and emerging media, and have pledged to lock arms with the MMA to establish mobile as an indispensible component of the marketing mix,” said Greg Stuart, CEO, MMA. “As mobile advocates and Board members, we will focus our efforts to develop education, standards and strategy to accelerate the role of mobile for the industry globally.”
