During her 14 years marketing career with the biggest FMCG company in the country, Unilever, Haivan experience pans across categories and countries. Starting in Vietnam, she has lead many exciting brand growth journey for iconic brands like Sunlight, Dove, Clear, OMO in the early 2000s. In her 3 years experience in regional role managing CLEAR brand across Asia Pacific and Middle East, Haivan has the privilege to be part of the first time ever Endeavour in FMCG history of rolling out a successful brand from South East Asia to the world (East to West). Throughout her career she has witnessed the drastic changes in the media landscape in Vietnam market, and through many iconic brands that she has been working with, she lives with the joy of riding on and leading those changes to set consumers trends. Her deepest passion in her brands building career is to bring the Vietnamese brands crafting talent to the world stage.
