Xuan Hoang is the Head of Growth at PixelML, a trailblazer in agentic AI for marketing, empowering SMEs to scale through no-code AI workflow automation and custom AI-agent teams.

Before joining PixelML in 2025, she spent over a decade in marketing leadership across both agency and client-side roles. She was Senior Marketing Manager at Chợ Tốt (Carousell Group), where she led award-winning campaigns across vehicles, real estate, blue-collar jobs, and secondhand goods—earning multiple Gold MMA Smarties in Vietnam & APAC. Her career began at Ogilvy Vietnam, managing top-tier brands like Unilever, Nestlé, and Vinamilk. She was the first Vietnamese marketer awarded the prestigious Jodi Harris Scholarship from Cannes Lions.

In the past 3 years, Xuan Hoang also serves as an MMA SMARTIES pre-screener in Vietnam, APAC & Global and continues to give back to the community as a speaker, trainer, and jury member at marketing forums and competitions, inspiring and mentoring the next generation of marketers.
