Lalit started his career at Red Entertainment Distribution in 1998, the exclusive Distribution, Marketing, and Brand Development partner for EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Warner Bros, Take 2, Riot Games, etc. in the MENA region. He also co-founded Power League Gaming (PLG) a Brand Strategy and execution agency focused on the gaming and esports audience in 2013, PLG has executed projects for brands like Coca-Cola, Etisalat, Red Bull, Namshi, Adidas, Lenovo, HP, KFC, Pizza Hut and many more.

In 2016, Lalit founded NASR ESPORTS, a leading esports organization in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, and home to the region’s most successful and celebrated esports players across a wide range of games and platforms, Including the first ever Home-Grown Arab Street Fighter 6 world champion Amjad " AngryBird" AlShalabi.
