With more than three(3) decades of experience in advertising, media and marketing, she is widely recognized as a leader in the industry. Under her leadership, GMA became the only Philippine broadcast company with the most number of local and global marketing awards. She is also 2019’s Hildegard Individual Awardee for Women in Media and Communication under the category of Advertising.

Prior her current role, she held the position of Managing Director of Starcom Mediavest Group Philippines, concurrently holding the position of Chairperson of Publicis Groupe Media Philippines, where she drove the agency to leadership position in the market. She was also the founding Co-Chair of the industry’s Media Specialists Association of the Philippines. A frequent jury member for local and regional awards, Lizelle is also a keen advocate of education for young students especially those outside Metro Manila.
