Basak Zerman is a data-driven saleswoman with nine years of extensive experience working within marketing, sales, operations, and business development environments. She has built her practical and theoretical background in digital, mobile, video ad sales and then mobile attribution & data analytics.

After her from Bilkent University, she completed her master's degree at Galatasaray University with a focus on Marketing Communication Management.

She started her career in 2013 in the Advertising Department of Hürriyet Group, which was evolving from traditional to digital at that time. She has taken part in the sales teams of digital and mobile advertising departments of many different companies such as Sahibinden.com, Genart Medya, Yandex Turkey, and App Samurai in the past 9 years. She worked with global and local companies such as InMobi, Shazam, Dailymotion, Yahoo (Gemini), Turkcell Lifebox, and Hopi to develop their mobile advertising areas with special projects and to market them correctly by making them unique to the target audience.

She has been living in Berlin, where Adjust's headquarters is located, since 2019 and continues her career as Regional Sales Lead in charge of MENA and Turkey.
