Rachel is a seasoned Commercial Manager with 10+ years experience in brand management and media across different countries.

Rachel started her Consumer Goods career with Nestle, in 2013 she was sent to Nestle HQ Switzerland to support the development of Global Business Strategy before being assigned to Nestle Middle East. After moving back to Jakarta, she led the transformation of Dettol Personal Wash as Senior Brand Manager in 2017. She joined Mondelez Indonesia, then promoted to lead Chocolate Category in 2020.

Rachel joined Multi Bintang Indonesia in 2021, in her current role she is leading the rejuvenation of BINTANG.
