Luke is Brand Experience Strategy Director at Experience Design agency Household.

He is a strategic partner and creative catalyst; with a hybrid skillset that sits at the nexus of brand strategy, innovation, and expression. His passion lies in dissecting the relationship between customer behaviours and brand engagement to define and design compelling cross-channel brand experiences. He has enjoyed a varied agency career leading projects and accounts with leading brands across the globe in fashion, luxury, tech, automotive, retail, hospitality, telco, and financial services, championing the benefits of cross-pollinating insights, ideas, and innovation across sectors.

A customer champion, he begins any experience strategy with an undeniable human truth.

He began his working life as an Interior Architect, before making a shift into Experience Strategy, via

a master’s degree in Brands, Communication, and Culture at Goldsmiths College, London. You’ll find him at his happiest when brainstorming a brief, collaborating with clients and creatives in the studio. He is originally from Cumbria but has called East London home for the last 15 years.
