With an extensive knowledge and experience at some of the largest corporations in Vietnam such as Viettel, Vingroup, FPT... for many years, Ms. Tran Bao Chau has chosen the career path to accompany and contribute to the creations of new values in Vietnamese enterprises, especially in Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation.

With nearly 20 years of experience, starting from copyright and digital television, then being known as the pioneer and leader of content providers and mobile platforms (CSPs), Ms. Chau is not only knowledgeable about mobile value-added services but also has great expertise on the entire process of implementing mobile marketing, acquiring when she was the Director of Advertising BU of Viettel and then the Marketing Director of a Multi-Sector Group Nagakawa.

Ms. Chau is the Chief Marketing Officer at Austdoor Group, the leading group of doors and construction materials in Vietnam, and also of the very first enterprises in the Building Materials industry that focus on digital transformation.

As CMO, within just 2 years, Ms. Chau has contributed to bringing Austdoor Group into the top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam for the first time, achieving national brands for two key product lines: Austdoor Rolling Doors and Topal aluminum profile for 2 consecutive years, as well as the Vietnam’s top 10 fastest-growing firms title for Austdoor Group in 2020.

Despite the unpredictable spread and the impact of Covid on the global and Vietnamese economies, Ms. Chau, together with the Board of Directors and all employees of Austdoor Group, have been making efforts to consistently perform the dual goals of both fighting the pandemic and maintaining business growth. Digital transformation - building digital platforms to manage customer experience is one of the strategic missions that Ms. Chau is undertaking at the Group.
