Hiep Hoang-Dao is undertaking the executive role as Chief Marketing Officer at ECO Group, the healthcare ecosystem consists of Eco Pharmaceuticals, VNVC Vaccine Centers, NutriHome Nutrition Services, and Tam Anh General Hospitals.

Prior to assuming his current position, Hiep has 25 years of established professional career in various management positions both Business & Agency in Advertising, Marketing, and Commercial Development. With excellent background of cultures & insights, he contributed to business transformations & growth of brands at Saatchi & Saatchi, Carlsberg Breweries, SABECO, and Nestlé – to name a few in Vietnamese & South East Asian markets. In 2022, he was awarded the Excellent Marketing Leadership Award by Kotler Awards for his career in Marketing.

Hiep is an inspirational leader with strong commercial mindset. While leading marketing at ECO, he also serves on the Board of Directors at ARENA Management & Service, a venture of operating resorts & entertainment complexes.

Hiep started in 1995 in design & construction as an exterior-interior designer and co-founder of a design studio and a woodworking joinery factory.
