Arianna Orpello is the Head of Brand, Community, Channel, and Field Marketing at TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. In this role, she is responsible for driving brand strategy and advertising, covering traditional, digital, and social media channels via breakthrough creative ideas and storytelling. She leads TD's community and social impact marketing, retail and experiential marketing, in-house creative agency, and merchandising – a team of more than 100 high-performing professionals working together to position TD Bank as a leader and innovator in the financial space.

Since joining TD Bank since 2015, Arianna has transformed the bank's marketing and customer experience efforts while maintaining its distinct culture. In 2018, she set out to modernize and revitalize the TD Bank brand and spearheaded the launch of the bank's new brand platform: Unexpectedly Human.

Arianna is a dynamic executive who delivers innovative marketing strategies that generate record-breaking results. Her disruptor mentality, intellectual curiosity, energetic passion, and inspired approach make her a highly-regarded and valued leader at TD Bank.

Arianna brings more than 15 years of experience building innovative financial brands that have made a mark in the digital space. Prior to joining TD, she held increasingly senior roles at ING Direct, Capital One, and Capital One 360. She believes that banks can and should do things differently to help consumers and trusts that doing right by the customer will always result in long-term profits.

She is a member of TD's Women in Leadership program and actively participates in formal and informal mentoring relationships across the bank. She chairs the bank's GenNext network, a national cohort of more than 5,000 emerging leaders determined to grow their professional and personal impact and make a difference in their communities. Arianna also founded and chairs TD's Millennial Focus Group, a cross-functional panel of under-40 employees that provides insight and perspective to better shape marketing and brand strategies.

Arianna has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by both the Philadelphia Business Journal and NJBIZ. She was also honored by SheRunsIt.org as a 2020 Working Mother of the Year.

Outside of work, Arianna believes in giving back to the community through meaningful action and participation. As the mother of two young children, she is particularly passionate about supporting social and educational opportunities for youth. She is a board member of both the Fairmount Conservancy and the Please Touch Museum of Philadelphia.

Arianna holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Business and Advertising from West Virginia University. She lives in Philadelphia, Pa., with her husband Cole and their children, Nico and Roma. She is passionate about family, food (Italian, of course), and her French bulldog, Jean-Claude.
