Fabian Prasetya Wijaya has joined at L'Oréal Indonesia for more than 7 years and has been in the digital industry for 13 years .He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Marketing Communication .Currently, he is part of the Management Committee as Chief Digital & Media Officer and responsible for Digital & Media excellence in all L'Oréal Indonesia division.

Fabian has successfully led the transformation of digital marketing in the aspects of Media, Influencers, Agency Ecosystems, as well as building partnerships with several well-known E-Commerce in Indonesia. He is active as the company's main spokesperson to project L'Oreal Indonesia's digital leadership in various conferences and training sessions. He implements marketing strategies, and integrates them with digital media to create marketing campaigns that impact brands and companies.
