Dylan is the Marketing Director of MPL Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, under the esports business of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. MPL is SEA largest and most viewed mobile esports league. He is responsible for the overall league operations and execution of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports strategy in those regions.

Dylan joined Moonton as the former Marketing head of SEA largest gaming channel eGG Network by Astro Malaysia, where he managed revenue generation, partnerships, marketing, and social media. Prior to eGG Network, Dylan work experience was in Sports management where he was responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution for the commercialization for the sport of Sepaktakraw under Asia sports ventures.
