Mr. Thuan is presently the Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy and Marketing of Kowil Fashion (under Phu Thai Holdings) – a corporate brand of commonly known brands such as OWEN, WINNY, DUNLOP, KNOT, MUNSINGWEAR…. 

Mr. Thuan holds Master’s degree in Marketing, University of Melbourne, Australia in 2008 under a full scholarship from the Australian Government (ADS scholarship). He had also graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Hanoi Foreign Trade University in 2003.

Possessing 20 years of experience working at multinational corporations in different countries around the world with Piaggio (in Italy), Toyota Motors (in Singapore), Colgate-Palmolive (in Vietnam), in various functions: Marketing Strategy, Research & Development, FMCG Consumer Goods Marketing …. He is passionate about Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation and the synergy of those domains towards business growth. 

Being consultant/coach of Strategic Marketing for business professionals and Master’s degree students (CFVG program from France, Solvay program from Brussel). Being Japan JICA expert to give lecture on Strategy, Innovation and Marketing. Being professional in-house corporate trainer to several big enterprises like Hanoi Beer, An Binh Bank, VICEM, Viettel Global, EVN…


In 2016, he was selected as one of four Vietnamese representatives to participate in the Japanese academic leadership program IATSS 2016 (IATSS Forum Leadership Program - an annual two-month leadership program in Suzuka, Japan). Previously in 2015, he was selected by the Israeli Embassy in Vietnam to participate in a special training program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Haifa (Israel) by the Cooperation and Development Agency organized by the International Development (MASHAV). 

Mr. Thuan has been exploring the world from the perspective of " The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.” Mr. Thuan has travelled to more than 30 countries around the world and lived for 6 years in Italy, Australia, and Singapore.
