Currently Hairong is the SVP of Marketing Analytics and Data Science at Casper, leading the Data & Analytics organization.

She and her team’s charter is to deliver accurate and accessible data & actionable insights across the enterprise that drive customer growth, revenue growth & profitability.

Prior to joining Casper, Hairong was the VP of Data Science & Analytics, Research, and CRM at Shutterstock. Hairong holds a Ph.D. of Mathematics from University of Illinois at Chicago.
