I joined Unilever Vietnam as a Management Trainee from Sep 2004. Since then, I grew up with Unilever with “crossing lanes” experience between Marketing & Customer Development. I worked mostly in the Beauty & Personal Care categories (BPC), then 5 years as Channel – Category Development Director for BPC before I landed on my current role in late 2018 as Business Unit Director for Home & Hygiene under the Homecare Division of Unilever Vietnam.

I always learn a lot when working in this industry facing & serving Consumers & Customers. Their satisfaction gives the meaning to what I have been doing and it gives me endless motivation.
