Kapil is a seasoned business leader with over 13 years of work experience building and growing businesses & markets across the globe. Currently, he's the Senior Vice President of Transport at GO-JEK, a $10Bn start-up, leading their car leasing & International fleet monetization and is the CEO of GO-JEK - Astra Car Rental JV. Previously, he has worked in leadership capacities at Uber, Amazon, TaxiForSure, Toyota and Yum! Brands. As an ex-entrepreneur he also founded and successfully exited an asset-heavy car rental startup in India. Kapil did his executive MBA from INSEAD, MBA from SP Jain and is an IT graduate from University of Pune.
