Jocelyn Sheltraw has 9 years experience in strategy and production of mobile sites and apps, monetization, user acquisition, business development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Rubicon Project, as the Senior Director of Mobile, Sheltraw was the co-founder and CEO of the last minute salon and spa booking app, Chair.

Sheltraw began her career at the mobile agency, Xtopoly, as the 4th employee, leading the Account Management team. In 2011, Sheltraw joined the global production agency, Velti, as the Lead Account Manager building mobile apps for Subway, Calvin Klein, Corning Gorilla Glass, and more. In 2013, Sheltraw joined global media agency, M&C Saatchi Mobile, as the Director of Business Development and opened and grew the San Francisco office. An active proponent for women in technology, Sheltraw co-founded the Los Angeles chapter of Women in Wireless.
