Volkan Biçer studied Management Information Systems at Boğaziçi University and got his MBA degree from Galatasaray University. He is the co-founder of mobilike, a one-stop-shop for mobile advertising solutions, which served both the supply and demand side, by providing technology to publishers and enabling advertisers with creative services. Before mobilike, Volkan used to work as the Country Content Manager for the EMEA Team at Yahoo!. Formerly, he was also member of Yahoo!’s EMEA Marketing Team, responsible for audience & community management. Prior to Yahoo! Volkan held the position of Product Manager of Mobile Marketing & Advertising Division at Turkcell, the leading mobile operator in Turkey. With mobilike’s rebrading into AdColony in 2017, Volkan Biçer is the General Manager of AdColony, responsible for both EMEA and LATAM region.
