2013 marked the official launch of a 100% Omnicom owned entity Omnicom Media Group, Indonesia and at 37, Rajat was hired by Omnicom Media Group.

The company has since then grown from strength to strength delivering an astronomical growth reflective in the staff strength that grew from 1 (he was the No1 employee) to now 180+ staff count in less than five years. This is complementary to the business growth where the billings have quadrupled.

Before joining Omnicom Media Group, I was based out of Hong Kong and working in a regional role as Regional Managing Partner with IPG Media Brand agency Universal McCann. MBA from the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies specializing in Marketing and International business and right now I am pursuing my PHD from Harvard University.
