More Mobile Muscle to Trailer Park: Jason Friedlander Joins as Senior Director, User Experience and Strategy, Mobile

Industry-leading entertainment marketing agency Trailer Park is pleased to announce Jason Friedlander has joined the company as Senior Director, User Experience and Strategy, Mobile. Working closely with Evan Geerlings, Trailer Park’s VP, Mobile, Friedlander will assume a hybrid creative director/user experience role, overseeing creative direction for all mobile products and implementing a user-centered design approach within the division. He will also be responsible for developing strategic solutions based on clients’ project needs.

Friedlander’s past experience includes Senior Director, Digital Experience Design at Deluxe Digital Studios, and Senior Director, Strategic Projects at Ascent Media’s Blink Digital (now part of Deluxe). He’s also been VP, Production at icandy Interactive, and a Digital Producer at Technicolor Creative Services and B1 Media. Among his clients, Disney, Mattel, Sony Music and Pixar. All told, he has cultivated and grown multi-million dollar client relationships and led interactive teams in strategic development, production and management of interactive content for Mobile, Web and Home Entertainment practices.

Recent projects from Trailer Park’s growing Mobile division include the GRAMMY Live app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and the Stifler App Suite for Android and iOS to promote Universal Picture’s upcoming American Reunion.

Jason Friedlander is Trailer Park’s Senior Director, User Experience & Strategy, Mobile. He brings over a decade’s worth of experience in user experience and product strategy, as well as human-computer interaction. In his new role, Jason will assume a hybrid creative director/user experience role, overseeing creative direction for all mobile products and implementing a user-centered design-approach in the division.

Prior to joining Trailer Park, Jason worked as Senior Director, Digital Experience Design at Deluxe Digital Studios, and Senior Director, Strategic Projects at Ascent Media’s Blink Digital (now part of Deluxe). Among Jason’s career highlights, producing and developing the first interactive game and many highly interactive features for Apple’s iTunes Extras and iTunes LP Platforms, producing and developing one of he first in-movie BD Java interactive features for Blu-ray. And he creatively produced projects for clients such as Disney Mattel, Sony Music and Pixar.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a mini-masters in User Experience Design from Rutgers.
