Answering Client Demand and New Business Gains, Trailer Park Announces Promotion of Key Executives and New Creative Service Divisions

Aug. 22, 2011—Hollywood, CA.-based Trailer Park, the industry’s leading entertainment marketing agency, is pleased to announce the promotions of two key executives: Eli Weisman to Vice President, Interactive TV for Trailer Park’s Interactive TV, Menus and Content division, and Scott Tobin to Senior Vice President, Trailer Park Publishing. Weisman, formerly a Senior Director, helped launch Trailer Park’s Interactive TV practice earlier this year, devising digital strategy for clients and new business across ITV platforms. Tobin helped launch Trailer Park Publishing earlier this year as Creative Director, Product Development, implementing company expertise in creative services, strategic thinking and branding for rapid growth in the digital publishing space.

According to Trailer Park CEO Rick Eiserman, the executive promotions answer increasing client demand in each area as well as significant new business growth. “Both Eli and Scott bring proven leadership ability in creative, technology and strategy that will be invaluable to our clients in Interactive TV and digital publishing, as well as our growing in-house teams,” Eiserman comments.

Coinciding with the executive promotions is the complete integration of Trailer Park’s Advanced Content division into three newly organized standalone divisions: Trailer Park Interactive TV, Menus and Content, led by Kevin Van Belois; Trailer Park Publishing, led by Tobin; and Trailer Park Digital, Social and Mobile, led by Julianne LaMarche (with a soon-to-be announced new hire leading Mobile). Recent projects from Digital, Social and Mobile include the E! Live From the Red Carpet app, social media content for Warner Bros.’ Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the mobile website across multiple Smart-devices for ING Direct, to note only a few.

The developments also signal a move for Curt Doty, who has left the company to pursue other interests. For the past two years, Doty has served as President of Trailer Park’s Advanced Content division. “Curt has been an insightful leader for Trailer Park,” Eiserman says. “With an eye toward the ever-evolving technology landscape, he worked hard to grow our Interactive TV, Mobile and digital publishing businesses. We wish him well in his next endeavor in the industry he knows so well.”
