Ms Hanh Le possesses a strong background in brand building and retail operation. She has been working with Vascara for almost 6 years starting with a manager role in Marketing then moving on to the position of CEO in 2017, when she led Vascara to achieve great successes such as 66% growth in total number of stores and 60% growth in revenue. Currently, Vascara has 105 stores all over Vietnam and is considered one of the most successful fashion retail companies in Vietnam. In 2018, Ms. Hanh was honored in Forbes Vietnam 30 Under 30 list.
