Tram Le is a Senior Business & Marketing Executive with more than 16 years in Consumer Goods, Retail & Tech across the globe (developed and emerging markets in Asia, U.S and Europe). Started her career in Vietnam – setting up the very first convenient store chain Shop & Go and driving brand building with exponential growth at Nestle and Unilever, Tram then aspired to global marketing ambition and then building iconic and meaningful local brands and business. Following her mission, after her U.S. MBA, Tram has since crafted global brands, strategy and innovations at Sears Holding Corporation (U.S), Beiersdorf H.Q (NIVEA Brand Global, Germany) and Danone H.Q (France). Leveraging her brand & marketing capabilities, since 2018 Tram transformed brand marketing at Lazada (Alibaba Group) across Southeast Asia (Singapore based). While engaged with local startup scene from 2015, Tram officially relocated to Vietnam from 2020 after 10 years overseas to work on the ground with different local Tech & Retail business and is currently spearheading Marketing Transformation at PNJ Group.
