Martina has been CEO of Featurespace since 2012. Featurespace is the global leader in Adaptive Behavioural Analytics and delivered via the machine learning ARIC platform for managing fraud, risk and compliance. Former Managing Director of augmented reality company Aurasma, Martina has an extensive career in media technology, including leadership roles at Yahoo! Europe and Capital Radio. Martina is non-executive director of Debenhams and was named one of the Top 40 powerful women in tech by Silicon Republic, as well as winning the Technology & Engineering Women in Business award at the Variety Catherine awards 2016. Most recently, Martina was named one of PaymentSource’s Most Influential Women in Payments 2018.
