My career spanning 20 years has been devoted to building strong consumer brands and unlocking business value by transforming customer experiences, by harnessing digital technologies coupled with deep customer insights.
Having led marketing, digital transformation, and direct-to-consumer business units across diverse and competitive industries like retail, telecom and insurance, I have enabled them to create customer value across customer segments and geographies.
Over the last decade, I have set up and led Digital Centres of Excellence to drive business growth by building superior customer experience across the entire value chain of the digital customer- including sales, platform, technology and data analytics, digital marketing, product development and service experience.
Recently, I was recognised with the ‘Marketer of the Year 2020’ award by ACEF and among Digital Power 100 list by Impact. Additionally, under my leadership, Max Bupa won several accolades including ET Best Brands 2019, Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards 2018 for ATH (Any Time Health machines), Digital Marketing Excellence at Digixx Summit & Awards by Adgully, and so on, thereby resonating with my endeavour to position Max Bupa as one of the most credible voices in the Indian Health Insurance industry.
