

Duyen Anh brings 17 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, having worked with leading agencies and brands across Vietnam and the APAC region. Her career spans key roles at prominent companies such as VNG, TotallyAwesome, GroupM (Xaxis & EssenceMediacom), Starcom (Publicis Media), and currently at Mindshare’s OpenMind.
She began her digital journey in early 2008 at VNG, joining during the formative stage of Zing Ads. Starting as an Account Executive, she managed and planned digital campaigns for top-tier clients including Coca-Cola, Samsung, Close-Up, and Kinhdo. In March 2011, she was promoted to Account Manager, taking on broader responsibilities such as negotiating trading contracts with major agencies (GroupM, DatViet-TKL, Publicis Group, and Golden Group) and leading full-scale 360-degree campaigns for clients like Samsung, Colgate-Palmolive, FrieslandCampina, ASUS, and C2.
In May 2015, Duyen Anh took on the role of Country Manager at TotallyAwesome, the world’s #1 kids’ digital ad network, where she introduced and championed safe, kid-friendly advertising solutions in Vietnam.
By July 2017, she joined GroupM as Senior Manager, focusing on programmatic media—an emerging trend at the time—leading key projects that drove innovation in digital media buying and optimization.
Her next major chapter was with Starcom (Publicis Media), where she led the Samsung Mobile media team starting in 2019. Over five years as Senior Business Director, she developed forward-thinking strategies that helped Samsung maintain its leading edge in Vietnam’s competitive tech market.
In May 2024, Duyen Anh rejoined GroupM as Partner at EssenceMediacom, overseeing the P&G account. At the beginning of 2025, she was appointed to be Head of OpenMind (a specialized unit under Mindshare), leading the entire Media activities of Nestlé account in Vietnam.
