In 2010, I joined Migros as a part-time cashier while still a student, and since then, I have been working in the retail sector within the Migros Group. After graduating from Kadir Has University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, I completed my master’s in Business Administration at Yıldız Technical University. Additionally, in 2023, I graduated from the Management Program organized in collaboration between Koç University and Migros.

Following my roles in the CRM and media teams at Migros, I played an active role in establishing Mimeda, Turkey’s first and only retail media company and a subsidiary of Migros. For the past three years, I have been leading the business development, technology, and advertising operations teams at Mimeda.

With over 12 years of experience, I have been focusing on data-driven marketing, including CRM, digital marketing, media strategy, and product development. At Mimeda, I aim to help retail companies monetize their customer data and advertising spaces across e-commerce platforms and stores while enabling advertisers to achieve maximum returns by reaching the right customers at the right time through the right channels.

In 2023, I represented Mimeda in the working group that contributed to the creation of the "Retail Media Buyer’s Guide", published for the first time worldwide by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) USA. This guide serves as a key industry reference and spans 45 countries.
