Hanh has been working in the Vietnam fashion retail industry for more than 15 years and got involved in every stage of the retail operation of the Vascara brand. She started in Retail Marketing before moving to Research and Development, and then moving up to Retail Commercial for several years before getting promoted to the Managing Director position.

While working in the company, Ms Hanh led the brand and the company through several milestones, notably the digital transformation of the company operation, the launching of their e-commerce stores, and a major M&A that sharply reconstruct the company’s future.

Global Fashion Company is currently the house of The Vascara brand which operates mainly in Vietnam and other Asian countries. Its mission is to contribute to the development of the fashion business environment by becoming a sustainably growing company.
