Alfons, originally from Barcelona, is a technically-sound business professional with an academic background in computer science and artificial intelligence, further strengthened by an MBA. 
He honed his management skills at McKinsey, contributing to a wide range of projects in over ten countries for six years. Currently, he is the CMO at XL Axiata in Indonesia where he manages brand, communications, product portfolio, digital platforms, and retail initiatives of the mobile business. Beyond his corporate role, Alfons is also an active angel investor and partner in venture capital firms, actively supporting the growth of promising startups.
