I am a passionate commercial leader with  strong marketing, sales and R&D technical skills, experienced in managing complex turned around business in local and regional level (Asean, Australia, India) and set up a new business division for local company from scratch.

I have a very high commitment, energy and capacity to develop organization (people and processes) to drive business growths.  I also can learn fast and adapted quickly in new role supported with strong analytical and strong collaboration skills that enable me achieved successes in various roles (R&D, marketing, regional marketing, sales) both in multinational and local companies.  

Besides growing businesses, I also won several prestige awards with my team from internal and external, i,e Global SCJ Winning in stores for Liquid Electric Dual Restage and Aerosol Eucalyptus launch , SCJ World Class Fight Dengue Campaign, SCJ Best practices for KIWI visibilities,  Indonesia Brand Awards  for Baygon & Autan (Top Brands, Word of Mouth), Best Indonesia Original Products  Award and Word of Mouth Award for STIMUNO,  Global P&G Awards for Best Turn around Team, and AAI P&G Awards for Best Advertising Development.
