Richard is the strategy and product lead at Mindshare Vietnam, having joined in October 2017. Richard works closely with the account teams to deliver consumer and market insights and strategy across all non-Unilever clients, as well as developing training programs for the whole of Mindshare Vietnam.

Prior to joining Mindshare, Richard started working in media in 2003 for MediaVest in London in performance marketing. His role involved planning and buying across all media channels, both offline and online, for a range of clients covering finance, charity and travel. In 2008 he moved within Starcom MediaVest to join the P&G EMEA team, developing communication strategies for P&G’s surface care, femcare and oral care brands, including the launch strategy for Oral-B toothpaste in UK, Brazil and India. After a year teaching English as a foreign language in Italy, Richard joined UM back in London, leading media strategy and execution for the ExxonMobil Retail Fuels business across EAME.
