In his 10-year long association with Godrej - an Indian conglomerate operating in diverse sectors such as consumer products, industrial engineering, furniture, appliances, and agricultural products - Puneet has undertaken successful product innovations in the form of a low-cost rural insecticide solution, next generation of HI products, hair colourants, air-care solutions and deodorant solutions.

He has been actively engaged in building category-entry roadmaps for new categories in India, Indonesia and key geographies in Africa. Managing brands and businesses worth over USD 250 million in India and Indonesia. He holds a masters in management from Bharatidasan Institute of Management (BIM) in Trichy in Tamil Nadu, India.
