Peko Wan is a PR and marketing professional with over 10 year experience in technology industry.

As the head of PR and Communications, Asia at Opera Software AS, Peko oversees Opera's public relations activities in Asia Pacific region and is responsible for cultivating Opera's Communities since 2009. She leads the local PR agencies to drive brand awareness through creative PR and social media campaigns.

Prior to Opera Software, Peko was an Account Manager at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. During her five years with Ogilvy Public Relations, she accumulated the knowledge of utilizing different marketing tools for promoting publicity of international trade and investment agencies and R&D oriented business. The companies/organizations she served include Scottish Development International (SDI), National Science and Technology Program for Telecommunications, AbGenomics Corporation, Autodesk, Atos Origins, Samsung Electronics, DuPont, Arianespace, Shell, TAIPEI 101, Taiwan Network Information Center, and TradeCard.

Peko received her MBA from Marshall School of Business from University of Southern California with an emphasis in international business and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Sun Yat-Sen University. She enjoys Yoga, movies, mobile games and travel a lot.
