Naila Mateen is the Executive Creative Director, Mirum India which is a part of a large borderless global agency of over 2400 digital savants, storytellers, technologists and makers.

Naila carries a wealth of experience that spans across traditional and digital mediums. And is responsible for delivering creative excellence for one of the fastest growing digital agencies in India. Prior to joining Mirum (then Social Wavelength) in 2012, Naila was heading the creative teams at iProspect India. Her areas of expertise include creative storytelling across platforms and mediums, creative strategy & planning and creative analytics.

Naila holds a Master’s degree in History and a PG in Advertising & Marketing. She lives out of Mumbai with her husband and two sons.
