He isresponsible for the commercial performance of the UK business and his remit includes online sales,customer experience, brand and product marketing, pricing, customer value management andmanaging commercial relationship with the network partner Vodafone.

In his current role he turnedaround of Lebara Mobile business in the UK, transformed it from offline/international/PAYG toonline/mass market/SIMO and returned it back to substantive growth.Prior to this, he has led roles in Pricing, Customer Value Management, Commercial, ProductManagement, CX & Go To Market across both emerging and mature markets. He is an expert inunderstanding consumer segments and market opportunities and has the ability to translate it intovalue propositions with effective go to market strategies that drive exceptional commercial results.Inherently customer obsessed and passionate about raising the bar, Mayur believes in winning withpeople.
