Amanda is the founder and CEO of Truth, a boutique strategy consultancy specialising in customer centricity, loyalty and CRM programme development, as well as CEO of Emerce Commerce, an ecommerce, omnichannel & retail specialist consultancy.

Amanda’s extensive experience in the field of loyalty & CRM has put Truth at the forefront of loyalty in South Africa. Truth has proudly delivered loyalty programmes and customer centricity strategies for many of South Africa's best known brands, including Pick n Pay (South Africa’s second largest food retailer), Edcon (South Africa’s largest general merchandise retailer), Foschini, Virgin Active, Distell, Nedbank, Sun International, Avios, Builders Warehouse, Fedhealth, Cape Town Tourism, ABSA, Sorbet and many more.

Previously, Amanda held senior executive positions at British Airways, leading the sales and marketing divisions and head of country roles across the UK, Africa, Middle East & India.

Amanda then spearheaded the Customer (CRM) division at Woolworths where she led the department encompassing customer insights, research, customer strategy, loyalty, direct marketing and financial services marketing.
