Kristen D’Arcy oversees content and new products for all of Coty’s brands including Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Miu Miu, Chloe, Sally Hansen and Rimmel of London, among others. Prior to her current role, Kristen built and ran the Global Digital group at Coty, with teams in both New York and Paris responsible for digital marketing strategy, analytics and technology.
While at Coty, she’s been honored by AdAge as a Top Digital Marketer and by Brand Innovators as one of the East Coast’s 40 Best Marketers Under 40.
Before Coty, Kristen was the Senior Vice President of E-Commerce and Digital Media for Oscar de la Renta. She built the e-commerce business and oversaw operations, planning, buying, merchandising and marketing of OscardelaRenta.com.
Previously, Kristen was responsible for Ralph Lauren’s US digital marketing activities, including search, email and affiliate teams.
Having spent nearly fifteen years in the digital space, Kristen honed her skills at award-winning digital agencies, among them Tribal DDB and R/GA, helping Fortune 500 companies achieve their business objectives by creating digitally-centered, global marketing programs executed across multiple channels and platforms with constant optimization to deliver ongoing ROI.
Kristen resides in New York City but also calls Delta a second home, frequenting Europe for business and both the West coast and the Midwest to see her family.
