Rohit has worked in senior management roles in the software, advertising, marketing, crafting strategy, building teams and executing go to market while building strategic relationship with key stake holders across the industry ecosystems. Rohit has been instrumental in introducing new innovations and technologies to the marketplace, multi-market operations, business modelling innovation and digital consumer products leading new businesses to maturity, business development and strategic planning, consumer marketing.
Based in Singapore, Rohit is the Managing Director of MMA Asia Pacific driving the growth of advertising and marketing on digital in the region, building MMA’s presence and influencing few billion of advertising and marketing dollars while forging relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders.
He also writes regularly on digital and mobile marketing related matters, and has spoken at numerous industry events and conferences across the global markets, evangelizing digital marketing and mobile as marketing media to over 20,000 people. Rohit has also been bestowed the “Executive of the Year” Award in 2019 for Association bodies in Asia Pacific by Event Bank and “Mobile Marketing Chief” by mumBRELLA Asia and Asia Pac's No.1 Mobile Marketing Man by Marketing Magazine.
Rohit serves on the Board of some of the Digital associations in the region and as an Advisor of start-ups with minor investments. In addition, Rohit has been often called to serve as a judge for marketing awards across Asian markets and he also mentors several young start-ups.
