Graham Albutt and Gary Haroian Bring Wealth of Executive Leadership and Operational Experience at International Public Companies

JERSEY CITY, N.J. – May 17, 2011 – Antenna Software, Inc., enabling business transformation through compelling mobile experiences, today announced the appointment of Graham Albutt and Gary Haroian to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.

Antenna’s board, an elite group of talented professionals, has been a strategic driver for the company and a big part of its past success. The addition of Albutt and Haroian’s significant industry knowledge and hands-on operational experience further strengthens the board’s ability to guide the next phase of Antenna’s growth. Both of these seasoned executives bring vast experience with Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and have helped nurture, guide and establish many of the premier organizations in the technology industry.

“The international business acumen and knowledge of the software marketplace that both Albutt and Haroian bring to Antenna’s board of directors is critical to the company’s immediate growth plans and long-term strategic direction,” said Jim Hemmer, President and CEO of Antenna Software. “As we expand into new verticals and geographies and prepare for future events, their wealth of experience and wisdom will fully complement our board’s expertise and help steer the company to even greater success.”

Graham Albutt brings invaluable corporate insights to Antenna’s board as an accomplished business leader with a record of delivering financial and operational results in complex, global business environments. A citizen of the United Kingdom residing in the United States for more than 14 years, Albutt was a member of the Executive Committee of Reuters Group PLC, where he held a variety of executive management positions. Additionally, Albutt has driven four of Reuter’s largest acquisitions and consequent integrations in the Americas. He has a deep knowledge of the software marketplace, especially with regard to the complex needs of the financial services industry.

“It’s been reported that the global app market will exceed $38 billion by 2015 and there’s no denying that the popularity of smartphone devices and the use of mobile apps at work and for play has transformed how people engage with each other, with brands and within organizations,” said Graham Albutt. “Antenna has established itself as a clear, market leader in enterprise mobility and I’m thrilled to help the company continue to gain market traction and raise its global profile as a board member.”

Gary Haroian has more than 30 years experience as a manager, executive and director of rapidly growing technology companies. During the past seven years, he has been a director and audit committee chairman for 10 public or privately held companies; currently he serves as a director and audit committee chairman for Aspen Technology, Network Engines, and A123Systems. Previously, Haroian served as a director, audit chair and member of the merger and acquisition committee for Phase Forward (PFWD) and Unica (UNCA), which were acquired by Oracle and IBM respectively. He is a member of the UMass Boston Board of Entrepreneur Advisors and Mentors, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Corporate Directors Group.

“Antenna is on the frontline of the next great computing paradigm – mobility – where the opportunities are boundless and so too are the complexities,” said Gary Haroian. “As a board member at such a dynamic organization during this very exciting time, I look forward to working with this highly skilled group of professionals to set a course for continued innovation and market leadership.”
