Tom Pearman, Commercial Director, joined Weve at launch in December 2012 as Director of Brand and Business Development. Promoted in late 2014 to Sales Director Tom is responsible for Sales and Marketing at Weve, running the Agency Sales Team, Client Development Team and the Marketing and Creative Teams. Before Weve Tom spent 4 years in various leadership positions at Microsoft Advertising, latterly running the Client and Commercial Partnership teams and before that ran teams in Outdoor, Print and Experiential media businesses.
