Tom Nowaczyk is Senior Manager at Neustar, where he oversees the Product Management for Verification and Compliance Products.  Tom has been at Neustar for 5 years building products that verify and enhance consumer identity data to improve operational efficiency, mitigate risk & fraud and manage compliance.  Prior to joining Neustar, Tom was a managed marketing analytics at the Rosetta Stone.  Tom has an undergraduate degree from University of Delaware and an MBA from University of Maryland.
