Rob Molchon joined Integral in early 2015 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering. He is responsible for the development of Integral Ad Science’s product related technology.

Prior to joining Integral, Rob served as the Vice-President of Engineering for Sizmek, responsible for rich media authoring, data management, programmatic buying, and mobile and social ad delivery. During his time at Sizmek, Rob held a variety of leadership roles running engineering, product management, quality assurance and customer development functions within the company. Rob built the original Unicast Rich Media ad platform that delivered premium ad formats for 8 of the top 10 websites globally. He also oversaw ad product integration during the merger of Unicast, EyeWonder and MediaMind. In addition to over his over 12 years in the online advertising, at DG Fastchannel he was responsible for the R&D of its global Television ads ingest and distribution platform that delivered 60% of all digital Advertising in North America to TV/cable stations through satellite and terrestrial networks.

Previously, Rob held leadership positions at a number of technology startups and well-established Internet and new media companies including SonicNet, Viewpoint, Earthweb and the Sesame Workshop.
