Ran Ben-Yair co-founded Ubimo in 2013 in a mission to transform the mobile programmatic industry, harnessing the true power of mobile to connect marketers with consumers' real world experiences. As CEO, Ran oversees Ubimo’s product direction, strategic development and execution. 

Prior to Ubimo Ran founded LabPixies, a leading web and mobile app development company, which in 2010 became the first Israeli company to be acquired by Google. Ran was responsible for bootstrapping the company and growing the business to reach tens of millions of users in four years. At Google Ran continued as a Product Manager in Search where he led and launched large scale products. With a background managing teams at Samsung and Google, as well as leading two successful start ups, Ran brings a mix of entrepreneurship and experience leading significant projects at large multi-national tech companies. Ran holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
