Molly Patterson is the Director of Mobile Strategy at PetSmart. In her role, she is responsible for guiding PetSmart’s mobile strategy and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience for PetSmart customers on their mobile devices. She partners with cross functional teams to build and execute on roadmaps for PetSmart’s mobile applications, mobile messaging strategies and mobile advertising to bring customer experiences to life. Prior to joining PetSmart, Molly spent more than six years at a mobile agency based in Buenos Aires, Argentina with a focus on building mobile strategies for other retailers. She is currently in the market to adopt a dog and has been searching near and far for a new four-legged best friend.
